Fine Art / Still Life — Studies in Light
Light is the subject. Everything else is a consequence.
These studies are my laboratory: how light alone can shape presence. Less story, more structure.
By reducing the scene to tone, distance and falloff, the image becomes a record of attention—an experiment in how little is needed for meaning to emerge.
Reduction as method
The fewer elements remain, the clearer light becomes. These photographs are built from shadow, falloff and the smallest shift in tone.
From study to series
Some experiments remain studies; others become a series. If you’re interested in process or collaboration, I’m happy to share the setup.
